A Close-Up Look At Sean Wotherspoon’s Upcoming ASICS GEL-Lyte III

The Air Max 1/97 was arguably one of the most iconic shoes of the year, maybe even in recent history. I’m not sure about you but I know I’ve been craving more work from the great Sean Wotherspoon. Apparently we will not be getting another Nikefrom him but that’s ok….now it’s looking like we will get Asics! As if Asics and Sean aren’t colossal enough, Atmos is getting in on the act to take this shoe beyond belief.

The big 3 of the sneaker world will be using the timeless Gel-Lyte III model. This shoe is everything we all loved from the Air Max reincarnated with all new heat. Sean has been showing off another heavily corded, beautifully color blocked trend setting sneaker. Each different section of the shoe has a completely different color palette. If you don’t like the color used on the left shoe then maybe you will dig the right...because they are completely different! The left has mostly orange, blue and green while the right would rather show off mostly purple, navy and brown. The Asics logo of the side looks like a patch which is the perfect addition to the already crazy mixed up design. Last but not least there is an interchangeable Velcro patch on the back heel tab that lets you get in on the customization.
